Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to Orbis Doctrinae: Journal of Multidisciplinary Social Sciences, Science, and Technology should follow the guidelines below:

  1. Types of Manuscripts
    The journal accepts research articles, conceptual papers, and literature reviews that are relevant to the journal’s focus and scope.

  2. Language
    Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English in accordance with the journal template provided.

  3. Originality
    Submitted manuscripts must be original works, have not been previously published, and must not be under consideration by another journal.

  4. Manuscript Format
    Manuscripts should follow the Orbis Doctrinae template, which generally includes the following sections:

    • Title of the article

    • Author(s) name and affiliation

    • Abstract and keywords

    • Introduction

    • Research methodology

    • Results and discussion

    • Conclusion

    • References

  5. Abstract and Keywords
    Each article must include a clear and concise abstract and several keywords that represent the main topics of the research.

  6. Citation and References
    All sources used must be properly cited and listed in the references according to the citation style used by the journal.

  7. Submission Process
    Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS) by following the submission procedures provided on the journal website.

  8. Review Process
    All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers before the editor makes a final decision regarding acceptance or rejection.

  9. Manuscript Revision
    Authors are required to revise their manuscripts based on the comments and suggestions provided by the editor and reviewers within the specified time.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
